Every piece is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail. As our outfits are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

In case of damage at delivery:

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

• A complete unboxing video (uncut, from start to finish) is required as proof, along with clear photos.

• Without video proof, claims cannot be processed.

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
